Hi! I'm Michael. I do Physics, Mathematics and CS at Gettysburg College.

I build software for experimental particle physics. Most of my 2026 went to hq, a pull-based task queue for High Energy Physics analysis, as an IRIS-HEP fellow — mentored by Peter Fackeldey(CERN) and Oksana Shadura(UNL). Before that I was at Fermilab on a US-CMS PURSUE internship, working with Dr. Emery Nibigira on dE/dx estimators for heavy stable charged particle searches in CMS.

The other less serious stuff lives in projects.

Outside of that, it's linear algebra, quantum information, Camus, chess, skateboarding, snowboarding, and Assetto Corsa on a sim-rig I probably spent too much on.
